Cancellation of Trading on the OTCQB Market

Hamak Strategy Limited (LSE: HAMA), a Company combining advanced gold exploration in West Africa with a Digital Asset Treasury Management strategy, announces that it has withdrawn its shares from trading on the OTC Venture Market (“OTCQB”) in the United States.

The Company’s shares were admitted to trading on the OTCQB Market to broaden Hamak’s exposure to North American investors and increase trading liquidity. Following a review of the costs and benefits associated with maintaining the OTCQB quotation, the Board has concluded that, at this time, the costs of maintaining it are not justified by the level of trading activity. The Company has therefore decided to withdraw from the OTCQB Market and focus its resources on its core operational and strategic priorities.

The withdrawal from the OTCQB Market will not affect the Company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange, where its ordinary shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol HAMA.

The Company remains focused on advancing the Akoko Gold Project in Ghana, developing its wider West African gold portfolio and continuing to execute its disciplined Digital Asset Treasury Management strategy.

An updated corporate presentation is now available on the Company’s website for shareholders and prospective investors who wish to learn more about Hamak’s strategy and current activities, which are focussed on advancing the recently announced 210,430oz gold resource through a Preliminary Economic Assessment for an open pit, heap-leach mining operation of the near surface oxide zones.

For the purposes of UK MAR, the person responsible for arranging release of this announcement on behalf of Hamak is Karl Smithson, CEO and Executive Director.
