Bitcoin Treasury
A disciplined approach to digital asset treasury management
Hamak is developing a disciplined treasury strategy centred on Bitcoin, alongside physical gold and selective investments in listed Bitcoin treasury companies.
The strategy is designed to provide shareholders with direct exposure to Bitcoin while allowing Hamak to identify additional opportunities within the growing digital asset treasury sector.

Why Bitcoin?
Bitcoin has developed from an emerging digital asset into an increasingly recognised component of the global financial system.
Hamak believes Bitcoin offers a differentiated form of treasury exposure, with a fixed maximum supply and the potential to provide long-term value appreciation.
The Company seeks to acquire Bitcoin through disciplined capital allocation, with the objective of building a meaningful treasury position over time while maintaining appropriate liquidity and balance sheet flexibility.

Regulated Bitcoin Treasury
Alongside our resource development activities, Hamak has implemented a pioneering Bitcoin treasury strategy - becoming one of the first UK Main Market-listed companies to allocate digital assets within a regulated corporate framework.
Bitcoin Strategy for Long-Term Value
Our Bitcoin strategy is aligned with long-term shareholder value, underpinned by governance, security, and forward-thinking policy development.
This forward-looking reserve model is designed to enhance capital resilience and offer institutional investors exposure to digital value growth while maintaining strict financial governance.
A diversified treasury approach
Hamak's treasury strategy combines Bitcoin, physical gold and selective investments in Bitcoin-aligned listed companies.
In January 2026, Hamak acquired 1.65kg of physical gold, complementing its Bitcoin holdings with exposure to a traditionally defensive asset.
The Board believes combining physical gold with Bitcoin provides differentiated exposure to both established and emerging stores of value, while maintaining flexibility across different market environments.
Strategic exposure to the Bitcoin treasury sector
In February 2026, Hamak acquired 6,500,000 shares in Vaultz Capital plc, representing approximately 3.05% of its issued share capital.
The investment provides Hamak with exposure not only to Bitcoin itself, but also to the developing ecosystem of listed Bitcoin treasury companies.
Hamak believes selective investments in Bitcoin treasury businesses may provide additional opportunities where there are potential valuation dislocations, consolidation opportunities or scope for active value creation.
This creates a dual-track approach: direct ownership of Bitcoin combined with targeted exposure to companies operating within the Bitcoin treasury sector.
