Correction re. Warrant Exchange Offer
Hamak Strategy Limited (LSE: HAMA), a Company combining advanced gold exploration in West Africa with a Digital Asset Treasury Management strategy, provides a correction in relation to its Warrant Exchange Offer.
Further to the Company’s announcement on 27 August 2026 regarding the total number of warrants being exchanged for New Ordinary Shares pursuant to its Warrant Exchange Offer the Company has since been informed that the correct number of warrants to be cancelled is 192,370,375, which will be exchanged for 38,474,075 New Ordinary Shares, an increase of 5 million. This corresponds to the agreed proposed ratio of one new ordinary share in Hamak for every five Eligible Warrants validly surrendered and cancelled.
Admission of the further 5 million New Ordinary Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on or around 11 September 2026.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company’s existing ordinary shares.
Following Admission, the Company’s issued share capital will consist of 515,613,924 ordinary shares. The Company holds 9,075,000 ordinary shares in treasury, and therefore the number of voting rights is 506,538,924.
